Customer Complaints Procedure
We at Davidsons Chemist strive to provide our customers with the best possible pharmaceutical services.
If you have a complaint, please contact the Pharmacy Manager directly. All complaints will be investigated thoroughly and the outcome reported back to you within 20 working days wherever possible.
All professional complaints will be further investigated by the Feedback and Complaints Officer who will report directly back to you. In the unlikely event that you remain dissatisfied, you will be given the opportunity to take the matter further and have the matter independently investigated by the Health Board and the General Pharmaceutical Council (contact details available from the Pharmacy Manager or our Head Office).
